Diverse Worx recently transformed an existing commercial tenancy in Fortitude Valley with new offices and meeting rooms. We coordinated multiple trades, including electrical, plaster and glazing to deliver professional workspaces suited to the tenant’s needs.
Project Scope
We built offices and meeting rooms with insulated steel-stud partitions and suspended plasterboard ceilings. Bulkheads, aluminium skirting and painting provided a clean, consistent finish.
Electrical works included LED downlights, switches and double power outlets, plus the safe disconnection of redundant electrical and data services. This required us liaising with the tenancy below to manage cabling safely and minimise disruption to their operations.
Meeting rooms received fixed glazing and frameless doors in toughened safety glass, with white framing, concealed closers and frosted vision strips. The glazing defined the meeting rooms while preserving an open, professional look.
