Located on Elizabeth Street, the site handled constant vehicle and pedestrian traffic. These conditions created several logistical challenges for the project team. Works had to be completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to tenants and visitors.

Before works commenced, Diverse Worx arranged all required footpath and road closure permits. Qualified traffic controllers directed pedestrian and vehicle movements during the project. They helped protect motorists, pedestrians, tenants, and workers.

To minimise disruption, the project was carefully planned in stages. The team completed all major works over one weekend. Reduced weekend traffic improved efficiency and site access. Staged works allowed continued vehicle access to the building throughout construction.
