Scope: Design and build pop-up Gingerbread House

This eye-catching Gingerbread House was built in our Santa’s Workshop, with most of the work being done by our very own Saint Nick (Project Manager Nick Versluys).

Once construction was complete, the Gingerbread House was reinforced and converted into a flat pack ready to be transported to site. Under the cover of night, the Gingerbread House was installed, assembled and vinyl wrapped on site, making it seem to appear as if by magic on 1December 2020. The Gingerbread House brought joy to Queen Street Mall visitors for nearly four weeks.

Meticulous planning was required for Diverse Worx to successfully complete this project, including coordinating transport and securing the correct permits. Once the festive season had come to an end, the Gingerbread House was packed down and stored ready to be used for many more festive seasons to come.
