On behalf of our body corporate we engaged the services of Diverse Worx to attend our apartment complex to do a range of services. This included investigation of existing building issues, repairs to rectify and works to future proof against issues arising again.
Diverse Worx either attended to the issues or co-ordinated the relevant trades to undertake the works in a seamless fashion. All trades turned up on time and provided information on issues and the works undertaken. This was able to be distributed to all apartment owners so everyone was fully informed.
Additionally as some repairs were subject to insurance claims, Diverse Worx provided clear invoices detailing all individual works which assisted in a successful insurance reimbursement to the body corporate. When I took over management of a premium-grade building in Southbank, I inherited a major challenge — maintenance was overdue and out of compliance.
