Showroom de-fit opportunity to show off

When an Operations Manager from one of our leading clients required a showroom de-fit at one of his commercial properties in Ascot, our  Project Manager  used his vast knowledge and experience to create a detailed works program involving the coordination and  management of multiple trades and specialist services. The project required  

                 – our licensed plumbers to remove all basins, showers and toilets 

                 – our licensed electricians to remove all power and lighting 

                 – our specialist floorers to remove all existing flooring of ceramic tiles and carpet, followed by grinding the floor accept new carpet tiles and install


When planning such works we always endeavor to show consideration of other building occupants by strictly adhering to the designated noisy works times and work closely with the Operation Manager to reduce the possibility of any disruption to other tenants.
